Induction Cooker Error Code

Error codeCausation and handle method
E0The pot is not suitable or no pot. The unit shows “E0” and sounds “Di” for 1 minute, then automatically stop working. Please replace the suitable pot with the center of the plate.
E2The sensor that checks the pot bottom temperature was an open or shorted circuit. The unit will stop working and shows “E2”. Check all inner parts and replace the same part.
E3Overvoltage protection. When the input voltage is already over 270V, the unit will stop working and shows “E3”. The best handle method is to stop work until the voltage is back to the 150V-270V range temporarily.
E4Lowest voltage protection. When the input voltage drops below 150V, the unit will stop working and show “E4”. The best handle method is to stop work until the voltage is back to the 150V-270V range temporarily.
E5The top plate overheats (Over 180℃ ). The unit will stop working and shows “E5”. Waiting a moment, you can use it again until the unit cools.
E6IGBT overheat (0ver 100℃). The unit will stop working and shows “E6”. Waiting a moment, you can use it again until the IGBT cools. The sensor of the IGBT was an open or short circuit. The unit will stop working and shows “E6”. Please check and replace the same mainboard spare part.

Working Principle of Induction Cooker

  • The induction cooker is mainly based on electromagnetic induction.
  • Current generates a variable magnetic field through the coil wire.
  • Eddy current is generated at the bottom
  • when the magnetic field induces the iron pot on the cooker.
  • A large amount of thermal energy produced can heat the bottom quickly, thus warming up the food.

  • client order sample
  • YLC make sample as client’s requirement in 10 days
  • test sample by YLC before post
  • YLC post sample out by DHL, UPS or FEDEX
  • test sample by client
  • client sign PI PO and pay T/T deposit or L/C at sight
  • client give packing material design to YLC or YLC finish design as client need in 10 days
  • YLC purchase original material and finish production in 30 days after confirm packing material and receiving deposit or L/C
  • inspect goods by the client before loading
  • loading in 3 days after receiving balance for T/T payment
  • P.S.: So, we will need about 35-40 days to finish one order for the new client if no accident, but it will be only 30 days for an old client. it also will have more discounts if the client makes a year order plan so that YLC could get a better price from suppliers.

Q: I want to get some free samples from your company, can I?

A: Company policy that all customers must pay 1.5 times the sample fee and shipping cost at first, when you place an order, the sample fee will refund to you.

Q: What is the MOQ of your products?

: The MOQ of our products is 100 pcs for one model one size.

Q: I’d like to mix several models in one container, may I?

A: Certainly. But we have to point out that you can select two models in one container (1X20GP), and three models in one container (1X40HQ).

Q: We’d like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it?

A: We provide OEM service which includes logo printing, gift box design, and carton design.

Q: Shall we pay extra costs for OEM service?

A: The OEM service is totally free of charge.

Q: How about the delivery time?

A: 30 – 35 days after we receive the deposit and confirm all designs based on normal conditions.

Q: Can I get a discount from buying your goods?

A: As everybody knows that the price depends on order quantity. We will automatically make discounts to our regular customers.

Q: I’d like to know your payment way.

A: Basically, the payment way is T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
