We are not big company but we have our own core technology of PCB’s software and hardware. 2. How about our after sales service?
We also have excellent sales and after-sales service which could solve your production problems. There is one year warranty to units which broken not by personal reasons and 1% free of charge spare parts(mainboard and control board) with mass order. We will provide spare parts for broken units if the repair rate high than 3% with the mass order in one year too. But as our experience, the repair rate is much lower than 3%.
3. Why our price is higher than other?
We used different material and technology to manufacture induction cooker. At first, our element and steel all come from famous brand and stable suppliers. The outbody of induction cooker is 304/201 stainless steel with full welding and wire drawing, it can stand weight more than 35kgs and waterproof effect is good. Then our mainboard all producted as CE EMC ROHS or ETL FCC standard, you can push it in all Europe or American country with good quality. We use Germany Siemens IGBT to insure good performance no matter we have any diffcult. There are also many protect program as high and low voltage detection, high and low current detection, high temperature detection and so on to prevent accident.
We are producting reliable and stable electric appliance. Reducing repair rate means good reputation and low cost. We are helping our clients to build long time enterprise.
